Hi there, it’s not the fit of the strap. It’s how I have to undo it just to charge it. It’s so hard to pull off for my hands with arthritis and carpal tunnel and it takes me a long time to get it done and it’s very exasperating. is there anyway I can exchange it for a watch of the same value or return it. I love the watch. I love the design of the watch. I just don’t love the strap. It is stupid. I know it gets adjusted and I adjust it. That’s not the problem. It’s just trying to take it off to charge it that’s what’s exasperating me. Could you please let me know if I could do something like that or I’ll just have to send it back thank you.
