    4. Proper Measurement Posture

    • Position: Keep your wrist at the same level as your heart during measurement.

    • Preparation: Do not perform vigorous exercise within 5–10 minutes before measuring.

    • During Measurement: Remain seated or lying down, and do not talk until the measurement is complete.

    5. Water Resistance Guidelines

    • Suitable for: Shallow water activities, such as swimming in pools or near the coastline.

    • Not Suitable for: Hot showers, hot springs, saunas (steam rooms), platform diving, high-pressure rinsing, scuba diving, or technical diving.

    • Important: Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time due to daily wear and tear. After swimming in the ocean, always rinse the watch with fresh water.

    • Strap Warning: Leather and metal straps are not designed to withstand swimming or heavy sweat. For water activities, silicone or fluoroelastomer straps are recommended.

    Needs charging every 4.5 days and charger sometimes doesn't work. It cannot get wet as per watch instructions that came with it?? So I have to take off to wash my hands and risk of loss is great. Blook pressure rating is LOW and incorrect. ECG blood pressure is more accurate it is a tool and will check accuracy of blood glucose when I do my blood work with doctor I do like the look of it.

    The ring works as expected. I've been using wearables for a few years now, primarily watches. I also have the old-fashioned and automated monitoring devices, and I will occasionally bounce the results off each other for comparison. There is a marked difference at times, but the data is usable. The one thing I found interesting is that when I received the ring(s), the corresponding emails and instructions were in Chinese. This didn't affect the operability, just getting everything started.

    Have been impressed with the capabilities of this product, thus far. It has been approximately 6 weeks since my purchase. HR, BP reading have been comparable to other instruments, plus the O2, Sleep Mode, HV readings have been informative. The EKG readings, have at times, dropped off and failed to read accurately., however when successful they too have been compared to other instruments offering this task. I would recommend this very economical price product for anyone who needs regular similar health readings without the bulk of a smartwatch!

    I love how my ring measures my blood pressure every hour and keeps track of all my readings. Recently my doctor had me wear a 24 hour BP cuff and I hated it so much that it spiked my BP and they prescribed medicine that could damage my healthy diet, kidneys and skin.
